Sarah Inciong

Sarah Inciong is an accomplished leader in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Allstate Property-Liability Sales and Distribution since March 2019. Previously, Sarah held various strategic roles within Allstate, including Vice President of Strategy, Planning, and Transformation, and Director of Agency Operations, where efforts focused on enhancing agency success and the agency owner value proposition. With a strong background in product operations, Sarah led the development of Allstate’s telematics strategy and the Drivewise usage-based insurance program. Education includes an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
