Stephen Fisher

Stephen Fisher serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Stephen leads IT and network architecture, technology innovation and network operations at Allstream. Before joining Allstream, he was Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Networks Zayo Group and Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Electric Lightwave, LLC.

Stephen has more than 20 years’ experience driving excellence in engineering, network architecture, service delivery and operations as well as in designing and implementing cyber security operations and compliance programs and agile development practices.
