Mark Nokes

Mark Nokes is the Director of Risk & Contracts at Alltrade. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on field services and operations.

Before joining Alltrade, Mark was the National Field Service Support Manager at Direct Energy Business Services Ltd., where they oversaw the development and implementation of innovative initiatives to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness. Mark also led a team in designing, developing, and implementing web-enabled hand-held devices for field technicians (Field Connect).

Mark has a proven track record in successfully developing sales strategies and winning national and regional service contracts across Canada. Mark is an expert in process development and implementation, and has played a key role in integrating Airtron Canada and customer operations systems.

Mark Nokes attended Brock University, where they studied political science and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mark then attended Georgian College and studied mechanical engineering technology with a focus on manufacturing and product design. Finally, they attended Earl of March SS.
