John Sanderson, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, SCPM

John Sanderson has extensive work experience in project management. John currently works as a project manager providing PMO consulting services for the U.S. Department of Defense at Alluvionic Inc. John has previously worked as an instructor at Project Management Training Institute (PMTI) for ten years. John has also been a senior program manager at JHT, Inc., a program manager at US Bank on a contract basis, and a project manager at Meridian Technologies. Furthermore, they have held the position of assistant VP & director of the project management office at Fiserv. John has also been the practice manager for information management at Computer Associates and a director at Accenture. John started their career as an independent consultant for the City of Oakland Park, Florida. John Sanderson has various certifications, including PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, and SCPM.

John Sanderson holds an MBA in Management from Nova Southeastern University, which they earned from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they also completed a BBA in HR Management from Florida Atlantic University from 1989 to 1992. John has gained multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute, including Program Management Professional (PgMP), Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI), Disciplined Agile Lean Scrum Master (DALSM), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), among others. John has also completed a course on Bridging the Gap between Strategy Design and Delivery from Coursera. Additionally, they are an Authorized Training Partner Instructor in DASSM, DASM, and PMP from the Project Management Institute and a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) from Stanford University. In May 2022, they obtained the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification.
