Seema Gururaj

Seema Gururaj is a Clinical Psychology Trainee at Almaden Valley Counseling Service and the Founder & CEO of Square Circle, a company focused on leveraging behavioral science to enhance workplace culture. With a robust background in advocacy, Seema played a key role in passing California Senate Bills SB 331 and SB 4. As a Partner at The Academy for Advancing Excellence, Seema facilitates transformational leadership experiences, including support for directors of color at Meta. In the role of DEIB Consultant at BOxD, Seema co-facilitated a learning session at a major corporate conference. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Intuit, AnitaB.org, and IBM, where Seema made significant contributions in promoting gender equity and innovation. Educational achievements include ongoing studies for a Master's in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and previous degrees from Syracuse University and RV College of Engineering.
