Jahanzaib Soomro, ACA, currently serves as Head of Group Financial Reporting, Policy & Tax at Almarai, overseeing a team of over 20 across financial reporting, compliance, and tax matters. With experience at Al-Buainain Group as Group Financial Reporting Manager, Jahanzaib led IFRS and VAT implementation projects and previously held roles as Assistant Manager Finance at Atlas Honda Limited, focusing on taxation and legal affairs, and as Supervising Senior at A.F. Ferguson & Co., where diverse assurance and advisory assignments were managed. Jahanzaib holds a Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University.
