Almarai
Philippe Riffi is the Executive Vice President of Almarai’s Water business, acquired by the company in August 2025. He is responsible for leading the newly established sector, overseeing its full integration, and driving its strategy for sustainable growth and profitability.
Philippe brings over four decades of extensive experience in the FMCG sector, with a deep specialization in the bottled water industry, where he has served in local, regional, and global general management, operations, and marketing roles.
Prior to joining Almarai, Philippe held numerous leadership roles at Nestle Waters, including global and North American brand marketing, Divisional General Manager in Egypt, and regional management in the Middle East and Africa. He also headed the global business unit for ready-to-drink tea. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Food & Beverages at Olayan Saudi Holding Company, where he was also a Board member for its Food & Beverages operating companies.
Philippe holds a degree from EM Lyon Business School, France, where he specialized in International Commerce, Finance, and Marketing. He also completed the specialized Executive Education program in finance and international marketing at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
