Jill Donovan

Jill Donovan is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as the Head of US Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Operations at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since June 2025, Jill previously held various leadership roles at Beam Therapeutics, including Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition from April 2022 to June 2025. Jill also contributed to Agios Pharmaceuticals as Director, Associate Director, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition between November 2017 and April 2022. Earlier in the career, Jill worked at Commonwealth Sciences, Inc. as Recruiting Manager/Sr. Scientific Recruiter/Trainer and Scientific Recruiter from April 2008 to November 2017, and started as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from August 2004 to August 2007. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Rhode Island College, completed in May 2007.
