Matt Sims

With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the international BPO industry, Matt Sims is President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Alorica. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing operations across the region as the company continues to grow in this market.

Prior to Alorica, Matt supported industry and BPO organizations with strategic decision-making, particularly around growth and customer experience transformation, as co-owner of a boutique consultancy practice. Matt also previously held leadership positions at Teleperformance for eight years, initially leading Sales and Marketing in the UK, Ireland and South Africa, before moving up to become CEO of the region, where he led a team of 9,000 in support of 70+ well-known international brands. Additionally, he has built a strong foundation of BPO and multiple sector knowledge over the years in senior level positions at Sykes and Sitel.

Matt graduated from the University of Plymouth with Honors in Business Administration.
