Shahul Hameed PT has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as System Support Lead at Alshaya Group since January 2012, where responsibilities include providing enterprise-level technical support for FnB stores and contributing to network security design and integration. Previous roles at Alshaya Group include Senior Technical Support Engineer, focusing on hardware repairs and inventory management, and Technical Support Engineer, providing end-user support and planning network expansions. Prior to this, Shahul served as Information Technology Administrator at Sabis Facilities Management Services L.L.C, with experience in server administration and network management. Shahul Hameed PT is currently pursuing an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from RNTU, having previously earned a BA in Economics from Calicut University.
