Andrew Walton McInstces

Andrew Walton MCInstCES has extensive experience in commercial and contract management within the infrastructure and rail sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial and Contract Management at Alstom since April 2015, Andrew oversees both infrastructure and signaling projects. Prior roles include Head of Commercial at SIGNALLING SOLUTIONS and Director at Atkins Limited, where Andrew led commercial efforts for rail projects in the UK. Andrew’s previous positions also encompass Divisional Commercial Manager for Major Projects at Interserve Industrial Services and Regional Commercial Manager at Jarvis Facilities Limited, along with roles in quantity surveying at Holmes Building PLC and Fairclough Building Limited. Andrew holds a degree from the University of Leeds and completed secondary education at Wetherby High School.
