James Riggs is a retired Chief of Police for the City of Altamonte Springs, where they held various positions, including Deputy Chief and Commander, overseeing comprehensive law enforcement operations. Currently, James serves as a District Director/LEAP for the FL League of Cities/FMIT and an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Florida, teaching courses on crime investigations.
