Software company Alteryx, Inc. has appointed L. David Kingsley to the newly created role of chief human resources officer. Mr. Kingsley will oversee Alteryx’s HR teams in talent acquisition, onboarding, total rewards, learning and development, and HR business partners, as well as its initiatives in social responsibility, diversity and inclusion.

Mr. Kingsley comes to Alteryx from Vlocity, where he served as chief people officer up to and through its acquisition by Salesforce. He has more than 20 years of experience leading succession planning, leadership development, employee experience and brand initiatives for global companies.
