Pavel Kuzmin

Pavel Kuzmin is an experienced professional in machine learning and data science with a strong background in leading teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as AI/ML Team Lead at Altium® since September 2019, Pavel has implemented MLFlow for tracking experiments, automated model retraining using AWS Sagemaker, and led the development of a predictive model for the Electronic Components Stock Market. Prior to this, Pavel was Data Science Team Lead at Severstal, where management of a data science team and predictive maintenance model development were key responsibilities. With a foundation in statistics and signal processing, Pavel's earlier roles included Deputy Head of Department and Senior Engineer in an Engineering R&D Company, focusing on statistical analysis and sensor technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from the same institution.
