Lisa Bright FCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent and people strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent and People Strategy at Altos Labs since September 2022, Lisa collaborates with global leaders to enhance company culture and promote innovation during a period of rapid growth. Previously, as Head of HR at MeiraGTx, Lisa developed a comprehensive people strategy for a gene therapy startup, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. Lisa's tenure at Roche included roles such as Head of People and Culture Business Partnering, where strategic business partnering for UK Pharma was a key responsibility. Other roles encompassed a diverse HR background, including positions at Fisher Outdoor Leisure and Merrill Lynch, reinforcing skills in organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
