John Lewis is a seasoned professional in finance and corporate governance with extensive experience serving as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer across various organizations. Currently, John holds the position of Company Secretary at Morella Corporation Limited since March 2021 and previously served in similar roles at Chilwa Minerals, Resource Base Ltd, and Nazare Resources, among others.
