Anne Cooper

Anne Cooper, PhD, currently serves as a Fractional Executive and Chief Human Resources Officer at Altus CXO and as President and HR Executive at AM Cooper, PhD & Associates, LLC, both since 2025. With extensive experience in human resources, Anne held key leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sammons Financial Group Companies from 2013 to 2024, and previously served as Head of Human Resources at ING U.S. and ING Life Korea. Anne also worked at ING Americas in various human resources capacities from 2000 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Iowa State University and a BS in Psychology from Western Washington University.
