Paul Hughes

Paul Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and commercial management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and North American Infrastructure Leader at Altus Group since February 2014, Paul previously held prominent roles in Carillion Canada Inc. as Senior Vice President of Public Private Partnerships, managing significant equity investments and overseeing extensive debt agreements. Paul’s early career includes positions as Commercial Director and General Manager at Carillion, and Regional Commercial Director at N.G. Bailey Organisation Limited, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, risk assessment, and customer relations on projects valued up to $500 million. Paul holds an MSc in Project Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
