Travis Carlson

Travis Carlson is a seasoned professional in the field of property tax consulting with extensive experience at Altus Group as a Senior Manager since December 2020, and previously as a Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Travis served as a Senior Tax Consultant at Property Tax Assistance Co., Inc. from January 2010 to December 2020, where expertise in reducing property tax burdens was developed. Earlier career roles included Tax Consultant II, Tax Consultant, and Real Estate Appraiser at John Carlson & Associates from August 2008 to January 2010, specializing in high-end residential and smaller commercial properties. Travis holds a B.S. in Economics from San Diego State University and is currently pursuing an ASA designation in Appraising Machinery and Equipment from the American Society of Appraisers.
