Neela Sinha

Neela Sinha is an experienced Quality Manager Operations at Alvogen since August 2020, with a robust background in quality assurance and product surveillance spanning over two decades. Prior to Alvogen, Neela worked at Abbott in Quality Assurance from August 2013 to August 2020, and held various roles at ConvaTec, including Manager of Worldwide Product Surveillance & CAPA and Complaint & CAPA Analyst II from October 2007 to August 2013. The career began at Novartis Consumer Health from May 2001 to January 2007, where Neela progressed from QA Field Representative I to Manager QA & Compliance. Earlier experience includes positions at L'Oréal as a Microbiologist and Senior Microbiologist from January 1996 to May 2001. Neela holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology with a minor in Botany from Sardar Patel University, completed between 1991 and 1993.
