Diandra Lopez

Diandra Lopez serves as the Director of Guest Relations at AMAN since 2022, specializing in client relationship management and customer acquisition. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality, previous roles include Director of Guest Relations and Quality at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where Diandra directed guest experience initiatives and event planning, and also contributed to the Republican National Convention as the Director of Delegate Experience. Throughout a career spanning over a decade at Mandarin Oriental, Diandra enhanced guest services, managed first-class client interactions, and led training programs, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Diandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Peter's College.
