Darren Chestnut is an experienced customer service manager with a strong background in establishing and leading customer service departments. Since May 2020, Darren has been the Customer Service Manager at Timeline®, following a similar role at Brandless, Inc. where the customer service department was created and launched. Darren also managed the customer service department at TRX Training and played a key role in hiring and training staff. Additionally, Darren has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Twisted Light Films and has previously managed a video production company, Thomas Hughes Films. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Chico, and a summer program in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from New York University.
