Nikhil Sawaitul

Nikhil Sawaitul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business operations within the fintech and payments sectors. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Amazon since October 2021, Nikhil focuses on developing a digital and interoperable expense account through Amazon Pay Balance. Prior to Amazon, Nikhil held the position of Senior Director at Zeta Suite, overseeing project delivery, program management, and banking partner management. Nikhil’s previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at IDFC FIRST Bank, where responsibilities encompassed product design, go-to-market strategies, and partnership management. Earlier roles also include DGM at airtel, focusing on mobile commerce, and a Management Associate position at Citibank, addressing quality improvement and operational strategies. Nikhil earned an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
