Itala Herta

Itala Herta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social impact, community relations, and leadership. As the founder of DIVER.SSA since December 2019, Itala focuses on creating a learning and investment platform for the mental and emotional well-being of women entrepreneurs. In addition, Itala serves as a Solution Leader-at-Large at MESA, where a unique team methodology is employed to enhance human potential. Experience at Ambev includes serving as a Diversity & Inclusion Committee advisor, while previous roles include co-founding Vale do Dende and SILO - Arte e Latitude Rural, where a focus on women's empowerment and collaboration was pivotal. Itala has also worked in community relations at Petrobras and held consulting roles at Instituto Mídia Étnica and Innovación Ciudadana, contributing to various cultural and communication projects. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Public Relations from Universidade Salvador.
