Thiago Barreto

Thiago Barreto is an experienced professional in design innovation and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Design Innovation P&D at Ambev since March 2020. In this role, Thiago leads innovation and design strategies, focusing on the identification of unexplored opportunities and the development of competitive products, services, and processes. Additionally, Thiago works as a professor and mentor at Lahbs Box and Future Dojo, sharing expertise in design, innovation, prioritization, and ideation. Previous experience includes positions as a Product Designer at SulAmérica, a Product and Service Designer at Accenture, and a Creative Designer Lead at RAPP, among others. Thiago holds multiple qualifications in areas such as Digital Product Leadership, Service Design, and UX Design from various educational institutions, including a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Notable projects include the development of innovative coolers, Open Innovation programs, and initiatives to support local bars during the pandemic.
