Christy Garuccio

Christy Garuccio serves as the Head of Enablement at Ambience Healthcare since August 2025. Previously, Christy held the position of Executive Director, Specialty Care Solutions at CVS Health from May 2023 to September 2025 and Vice President of Strategy and Growth at RubiconMD from June 2021 to September 2025. At RubiconMD, significant contributions included launching the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care product and leading cross-functional teams to develop virtual specialty care solutions. Christy also served as the Director of Training and Enablement at Access TeleCare and held various roles at Optum, the Advisory Board, GE HealthCare, and MedPointe Pharmaceuticals, with responsibilities spanning commercial training, sales management, and strategic development. Christy earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and pursued further studies at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
