Jessica Williams is an experienced quality assurance professional with a proven track record in leading QA teams and processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead QA Engineer at AMC Networks, Jessica manages expansion testing activities in eight Latin American countries and actively contributes to an agile SCRUM team. Previously, as a Software QA Team Lead at Rural Sourcing Inc., Jessica was involved in the entire software development lifecycle, enhancing product quality through valuable feedback. Jessica's early career included roles as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Colonial Fuel & Lubricant Services, Inc., and as a QA Test Analyst Lead at Panera Bread, where effective communication and problem-solving skills were utilized. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University, completed in 2013.
