Patricia Munchel

Patricia is the Chief People Officer of Amentum. Her responsibilities include leading all aspects of the company’s talent strategy and talent management that supports a diverse global workforce. In addition to leading Amentum’s talent strategy, she has executive leadership over the company’s real estate initiatives.

Prior to joining Amentum, Patricia was the Chief Human Resources Officer at PAE, where she was responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s talent strategy for seven years. She previously served as the executive HR leader for Harris IT Services. Patricia joined Harris IT Services in 2007 through the acquisition of Multimax, Inc. where she held the role of director of human resources. Before her role at Harris IT Services, Patricia held senior human resources leadership roles with SAIC and WorldCom for eight years.

Patricia graduated from James Madison University and continued graduated studies with the University of Virginia.
