Jay Russell

Jay Russell has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Treatment Consultant and Veterans Liaison at American Addiction Centers since January 2015, Jay provides critical support for veterans in need of addiction treatment. Prior to this position, Jay worked at Sonova Group as a Lyric Patient Care Specialist from July 2012 to January 2015, and held an Inside Sales position at Midwest Construction Products from 2011 to 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT/Customer Service Coordinator at MediaComplete from 2010 to 2011 and as a Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Air Force from November 1991 to September 1995. Jay obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix (2006-2008) and an Associate's degree in Arabic Language and Culture from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (1991-1993).
