Jack Moore

Jack Moore, CUDE, CUBDP, has extensive experience in business development and relationship management, currently serving as the Western Region Manager at American Airlines Federal Credit Union since March 2009. In this role, Jack manages a team focused on enhancing relationships in the western United States and oversees the advocacy program, which mobilizes over 180 volunteers to drive significant loan and product volume. Jack also plays a key role in Salesforce CRM administration, collaborates closely with marketing and product teams on promotional strategies, and has successfully restructured the business development department to improve sales metrics. Prior professional experience includes consulting for FranFund, specializing in franchise startup capitalization, and working as a 401k Specialist at Fidelity Investments. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
