Kim Jirrels

Kim Jirrels is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the airline industry. Currently serving as the Director of PSS Modernization and Operations at American Airlines since January 2014, Kim Jirrels oversees day-to-day operations for the Sabre Passenger Service System and leads a team focused on future enhancements. Previously, Kim held the role of Director of PSS Reservation Systems, successfully merging the reservation systems of US Airways and American Airlines. Kim's prior experience includes leadership positions in Reservation Automation and Distribution Technology at US Airways and a managerial role at America West Airlines. Kim Jirrels holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University.
