Michelle Aaron

Michelle Aaron has over two decades of experience in technology integration and management within the airline industry, currently serving as Managing Director at American Airlines since April 2001. Key responsibilities have included leading the integration strategy for American Airlines and US Airways' IT systems and managing significant projects such as the modernization of the Jetstream PSS reservations system and the development of customer-facing features on the AA.com platform. Prior to American Airlines, Michelle worked as a Senior Consultant at Marchfirst. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
