Peter Soares

Peter Soares is a seasoned legal and management professional with extensive experience in the airline industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at American Airlines since February 2014, Peter previously held roles at US Airways, including Managing Director & Associate General Counsel and Director & Assistant General Counsel. Earlier career positions include Attorney roles at SNR Denton and Wolkin & Timpane. Peter Soares holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the New School for Social Research.
