Amanda Chaney, DNP, FAANP, AF-AASLD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Advanced Practice Provider Services at Cleveland Clinic Florida, a position held since April 2022. Chaney has extensive experience in the field of nursing and transplant medicine, having previously worked at Mayo Clinic for 16 years in various roles, including Assistant Professor of Medicine and Nurse Practitioner specializing in end-stage liver disease. In addition to clinical practice, Chaney contributes to the academic community as an Associate Editor for Progress in Transplantation, a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and an author for Springer Publishing Company. Recognized as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Chaney actively participates in professional organizations and initiatives focused on liver disease and advanced practice nursing. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in nursing from the University of North Florida.
