Jennifer Colfelt

VP, Operations & Membership at American Bakers Association

Jenn leads membership engagement and ABA operations, creating an effective, reliable, and service-oriented organization for ABA’s Members and the baking industry at large.

Jenn is responsible for the modernization and overall financial management and operating efficiency of ABA and its related entities, including budgeting and financial reporting, compliance matters, human resources, IT management, and long-range strategic planning. Jenn also oversees the membership services and recruitment teams.

Prior to joining ABA, Jenn served as the Vice President for Finance and Operations at the National Asphalt Pavement Association and the Vice President for Finance, Operations, and Membership at the Private Equity Growth Capital Council, where she helped build a start-up association into a mature and respected organization over her eight years. Jenn's entrance into association management began at Business Roundtable where she served in a senior administrative role.

Jenn’s career began in performing arts management with artistic planning and operations roles at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. Jenn has a Master of Public Policy, with a concentration in Regional Economic Development, from George Mason University (Arlington, Va.) in addition to a Bachelor of Music from Northwestern University (Evanston, Ill.).
