Jud Askins is a seasoned professional in alternative dispute resolution and international arbitration, currently serving as the Vice Chair of the International Arbitration Committee for the American Bar Association, where important policies regarding the Rule of Law are developed. As Co-Chair for Policy of the International Trade Committee, Jud focuses on shaping international trade policy. In addition to roles at the American Bar Association, Jud is the Principal of Askins Advocates Arbitration, LLC and an appointed Arbitrator for FINRA, having completed all requisite training for the arbitration process. Jud also holds the position of Director at Alcanzando Inc., a public charity. Academically, Jud possesses an LL.M in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law, a JD in Business Law from Gonzaga University School of Law, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political History from Kenyon College.
