Kiel Upton

Kiel Upton possesses extensive experience in nonprofit revenue development, currently serving as Program Manager and National Director at the American Diabetes Association since April 2018. In this role, Kiel is responsible for overseeing revenue operations for peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns with a budget of $35 million, while also formulating strategic plans and data-driven reports. Prior experience includes developing a $1,000,000 revenue portfolio for the Michigan market at both the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America and serving as Development & Program Coordinator for the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, contributing to significant budgetary goals in each organization. Kiel holds a Master's degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
