Dana Chrisfield

Dana Chrisfield is an experienced professional with a robust background in user experience research, product insights, and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Director of UX Research at American Express since 2020, Chrisfield has previously held significant roles such as Senior User Experience Researcher at Etsy and Director of Product Research & Insights at PromonTech LLC, where responsibilities included leading product analysis and establishing the UX research function. With a foundational career at Lehman Brothers as SVP of Enterprise Applications and other roles in technology and project management, Chrisfield has developed expertise in user-centered design and strategic leadership. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
