Shreya Goenka

Shreya Goenka is an experienced professional in risk and control management with a strong background in analytics and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Control Management at American Express since April 2025, Shreya focuses on risk identification and mitigation processes, including those related to CECL and IFRS 9 estimates. Previously, Shreya worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Execution Consultant, where strategic risk assessments and advanced analytics significantly improved control effectiveness. Additionally, Shreya has contributed to climate and health projects under the World Health Organization and led climate change initiatives at The VONG Movement. Shreya holds a Master's degree in Climate Change and Sustainability from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Delhi University.
