Caitlin Bauer

Caitlin Bauer is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience at American Family Insurance since July 2016, currently serving as the Senior Talent Management Product Manager. In this role, Caitlin oversees employee effectiveness products, focusing on performance management, talent review, and succession planning, while also consulting on future product roadmaps to enhance engagement across the organization. Prior roles at American Family Insurance involved leadership in talent management strategies, preparation of Board materials, and development of talent solutions aimed at building a leadership pipeline.
