Nichole Caya

Nichole Caya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and process improvement, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Vice President at American Family Insurance since December 2006. Caya has held multiple leadership roles at the company, including Director of Internal Audit, Director of Lean/Process Improvement, and Strategic Business Process Manager, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing Lean Management Systems and organizational process improvement initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Study Pharmacologist at Covance from January 2001 to December 2006. Caya holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, further enhancing a strong foundation in project management, business strategy development, and data analytics.
