Justin Simons

Justin Simons is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic leadership and management within diverse organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at American Farmland Trust since March 2023, Justin provides strategic thought partnership to executive leadership and facilitates high-level meetings to promote collaboration and effective policy rollout. Previously, as Chief Administrative Officer at Bermuda Airport Authority, Justin acted as the primary advisor to the CEO, led organizational planning post-merger, and managed key stakeholder relationships. Justin's extensive experience also includes roles in business development, financial crime compliance, and research analysis across various sectors. Academically, Justin holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University.
