Darcy Pollock has a diverse work experience in the field of customer acquisition and retention, marketing, and forensic technology solutions. 

In 2009, Darcy interned at PwC in the Forensic Technology Solutions department. From 2010 to 2012, Darcy worked as an Associate and then an Experienced Associate at PwC in the same department. 

In 2012, Darcy joined GSN (TV & Games) as a User Acquisition Analyst and later transitioned to the role of CRM Manager. This role lasted until 2016. 

Also in 2016, Darcy worked at -WRKSHP- as a CRM Manager for several months before joining American Giant as a Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on user acquisition. In 2017, Darcy briefly worked at Ginger.io as a Senior User Acquisition Manager. 

From 2018 to the present, Darcy has been with American Giant, starting as the Director of Customer Acquisition and then being promoted to the Senior Director of Customer Acquisition and Retention in 2020.
