Syafrin Setiawan

Syafrin Setiawan is an accomplished IT professional with over 25 years of experience in various technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as IT Senior Technical Manager at AIAA since October 2001, responsibilities include managing IT network infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity utilizing advanced technologies. Previous positions include IT Technical Manager, Senior System Administrator, and System Administrator at CTI Consulting, where network design and support were key focuses. At MNC GROUP - PT MNC INVESTAMA, Tbk., Syafrin served as MIS Manager, overseeing 7 IT staff and 250+ end-users, as well as managing the implementation of an integrated brokerage system. Earlier roles include Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Industrial Training Corporation and Information System Assistant at The World Bank. Syafrin holds an MSc. in Information Management from The George Washington University and a BSc in Business Administration with a minor in Information System from Strayer University.
