John Rogers is a seasoned academic and administrator with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as a Professor of Economics and Finance at American International College since September 1999, John Rogers teaches at both undergraduate and MBA levels and specializes in management, human resource management, business ethics, and leadership. From 2003 to 2009, John Rogers held the role of Dean for the School of Business Administration at the same institution before transitioning to the position of Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness. Prior to this, John Rogers taught as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Albertus Magnus College and held significant roles in human resources within the private sector, including VP of Human Resources at Stanhome Inc. and Responsible Ressources Humaines et Communications at Groupe Yves Rocher. John Rogers earned a Ph.D. in Economic History from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Harvard University.
