Nancy Griswold

Nancy Griswold is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at the American Nurses Association, bringing extensive expertise in legal counsel for non-profit organizations. Previously, they served as General Counsel for the National Association for the Education of Young Children, providing comprehensive legal advice and supporting its mission to promote high-quality early learning. Nancy has also held roles as Vice President & Counsel at BNY Mellon and Associate Counsel at Cigna, where they advised on a variety of investment matters. Additionally, they owned and operated a successful Jazzercise franchise and directed religious education programs at Saint Luke Catholic Church. Nancy is currently pursuing degrees in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Chicago, alongside a JD from Boston University School of Law.
