Sean Lamb

Sean Lamb oversees the strategic direction and management for all Operations for American Pacific Mortgage. This includes closing and underwriting of all fulfillment centers, in addition, he is responsible for managing credit, appraisal, offshore resources, as well as post-closing. Sean’s main focus is on maintaining and improving quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, regardless of the organizational or regulatory changes occurring around him.

This 25-year industry veteran prides himself on just being successful in Operations and partnering with Production and attracting and developing top talent. Sean holds the CMB designation, currently serves as Vice President of the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association (OMBA) and was the 2016 recipient of APM’s Leadership Award.

Sean’s biggest influencers are Colin Powell, who believes leadership is all about people, and Stephen King, who initially struggled as a writer until his hard work and perseverance paid off. Sean is based in Happy Valley, Oregon, where he resides with his wife Kathy. His daughter Jillian is a Junior in college this fall.
