Cassie Trost

Cassie Trost is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fitness instruction and safety management. Currently serving as the Head Striking Instructor at Carlson Gracie Paramount since May 2016, Cassie trains individuals of all ages in amateur boxing, kickboxing, and MMA while also focusing on fitness, weight loss, and self-defense. Cassie has a strong foundation in administrative and paralegal support from a brief tenure at the Law Office of Paula Plummer and possesses expertise as a Franchise Manager at College Pro. Since November 2009, Cassie has held two roles at the American Red Cross, first as Health and Safety - Area Manager, and now as Strategic Implementation Manager, where responsibilities include developing training plans and protocols for workplace safety. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Skagit Valley College.
