Elad Bergman

Elad Bergman, PhD has extensive work experience in various positions related to AI, data science, and algorithm development. Elad is currently the Vice President of Data Science at American Robotics, where they lead AI activities and oversees the analytics product pipeline across multiple units. Elad directs a team in developing cutting-edge solutions for autonomous drone imagery analysis in industries such as Oil & Gas and railway inspections.

Prior to their current role, Elad served as the Director of AI & Data Science at Notal Vision, where they led the development of an AI cloud-based retinal Home OCT imaging analyzer for continuous monitoring of AMD disease. Elad managed all aspects of the product lifecycle and established a team of data scientists and engineers.

Elad also held the position of Head of Algorithms and Signal Processing at BSP Biological Signal Processing, where they contributed to the development of algorithms and signal processing techniques.

Earlier in their career, Elad worked as a Senior Algorithm Researcher at Solocate and conducted research at Tel Aviv University in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Elad developed novel algorithms and diagnostic techniques for improved imaging sensitivity and noninvasive characterization of deep skin damage.

Furthermore, Elad served as a Research Consultant at The IDC Unit of Applied Neuroscience and Bar-Ilan University. Elad also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University.

Elad Bergman, PhD, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics, also from Tel Aviv University. Elad received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
