Kristin Herzog

Kristin Herzog is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Organizational Excellence Generalist at the American Society of Anesthesiologists® since November 2025. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at The Morton Arboretum as a People and Culture Generalist, where significant contributions included redesigning New Employee Orientation to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and improving the performance management process. Previously, Kristin held roles as a Human Resources Associate at Planet, a Human Resources Specialist at CorpTrav, and a Human Resource Administrator at RJW Logistics Group, among others, where responsibilities ranged from managing payroll and compliance to boosting employee engagement and streamlining recruiting processes. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Administration with a minor in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
